The Dental Studio when undertaking selected services direct to the public adheres to the following code of conduct
All customers should be informed that:
1. Only a qualified dental surgeon may inspect, adjust and advise on appliances in the mouth.
2. It is possible to have dentures repaired free of charge through a dental surgeon who accepts repairs under the National Health Service.
3. The quality of work and materials used in the repair are of the highest standard, however, the cause of the fracture or tooth loss is not removed by repairing, therefore, the problem may re-occur.
4. The laboratory cannot advise on causes or cures relating to specific denture problems although general helpful suggestions will usually be offered. Detailed and specific advice should be sought from a dental practitioner.
