The following is a list of the materials used in the laboratory in the construction of our crown and bridge products. All materials are CE marked and conform to at least the minimum N.H.S requirements. Where available links are provided to the relevant manufactures web page.

Duceragold

Used for porcelain fused to metal crowns - Vita classic shades using Duceragold low fusing porcelains bonded to Degunorm an 73.8% gold Alloy.

Use for Porcelain Jacket Crowns, In-Ceram, Procera.

Polyglass

Gradia - used for metal free crowns & bridges, inlays, onlays, veneers or fused to metal. Matches the vita classic shade guide.

Metals

Because precious metal prices are constantly fluctuating, we constantly monitor which dental alloys gives you the best quality / price combination and buy accordingly. Because of this, supplier and names of our gold alloys change on a regular basis. All precious and non precious alloys conform to at least the minimum criteria set by the N.H.S and are CE Marked.
