High quality work is impossible without clear and efficient communication.

 

With that in mind, we would like to invite you to register an account on our Online Customer Portal. A secure website that provides a single point of access to orders, deliveries and invoices.

 

Once registered, you’ll be able to:

  • View all of your cases with us, past and present.

  • Send messages directly to your technicians' workstations.

  • Add clinical photographs and notes to cases.

  • Take part in the design process through easy, instant file sharing.

  • Upload STL files directly into our system for a fully paperless, digital workflow.

  • Check when all of your cases are due back.

  • View your previous invoices and running total for the month.
