I get frustrated, wasting time trying to contact my laboratory; I'd like to be able to talk directly to the technician working on my jobs, to discuss aesthetics and patient requirements

My work is of a high standard but I'm often let down by work which arrives late or is of inconsistent quality

Surgery time is my most valuable resource, but I often find that work is missing or that my instructions haven't been followed
